Kate goes above and beyond to keep her clients informed and is knowledgeable about the area. Kate was so helpful in our purchase from start to finish as we were closing online from out of state, she walked us through the process and was thorough in her delivery of it. We love our house and location in Myrtle Beach! We highly recommend Kate.

Kate is fantastic in every way you can ask for! We have used her to buy and sell multiple home’s and every time Kate does not disappoint. Kate’s knowledge in real estate and her knowledge of the market won’t disappoint. I would recommend Kate to anybody who is looking for a first class realtor. Kate goes above and beyond to make the process smooth from start to finish.

Kate was great in assisting with our home purchase. She was in regular contact and went above and beyond following up on details and keeping us informed. She was friendly, easy to work with, and her advice was very helpful.

You will not find a more professional, hard-working, or knowledgeable agent. We are so lucky to have had her. Her expertise resulted in us receiving a full price offer.

Kate was exceptional. Her knowledge of the area made the difference. The market has been kinda strange and unpredictable. Kate suggested a strategy that we thought would be appealing to buyers, and it was. She really did get us the best deal we could possibly get. I highly recommended Kate.

We were out of state buyers and after our first realtor ghosted us, Kate stepped up to the plate and went to bat for us. She was top notch at the beginning of the process right through the end including closing. We knew right away that we were in good hands the day we step into her office. She was in constant contact with us and never gave up on finding us our "Forever Home". Kate is compassionate, driven, empathetic and has a good soul. She was more then just a realtor to us at the end of the day, she was now our friend.

This was our second home we listed with Kate. Both experiences were exceptional. Kate puts her whole heart and soul into meeting your needs whether buying, selling or both. She became and cherished friend and during our second home sale she was there for me during a cancer diagnosis and surgical recovery. She is not just a realtor but an exemplar person and true friend!!!

We met Kate in October at an open house and knew immediately we wanted to work with her. We were impressed with her knowledge, experience and her great personality.Working with her in both selling and buying a home was effortless.Shes a hard worker and always just a phone call away. Kate is not only great at what she does she has also become a friend.

I watched Kate sell another house in my neighborhood in a difficult pricing environment and asked for her card. A few years later (2023) in another tough real estate market, I asked her to sell mine. She sold it in 28 days! Kate is an experienced real estate veteran and a pleasure to work with. She knows what needs to be done and does it promptly. I never had to ask her to to anything - she has a "sixth sense" for anticipating customer needs and wants - which is what I look for in an agent. Kate is clearly the is best real estate agent I have ever worked with and I highly recommend her.

Kate made the process completely seamless. There were some challenges with the tenant but she made it work. She sold my condo and a friend's condo and both sales went really well thanks to Kate. She was also very communicative throughout the entire process.
